Why Mentor and Men

I strongly believe a big deal of the success of digital transformation projects is the merit of a mature follow-up at the customer side. Joining Mentor and Men allows me to mentor client projects at the business side in a variety of industries, together with a team of passionate colleagues. I learn every day. Even in my pre- and on-boarding time Mentor and Men gave me the opportunity to follow high quality courses and  learn from my internal Coach and Mentor.
