As Talent Acquisition Manager I’m passionate about finding the right match between Mentor and Men, our future Mentors and our customers: what can our Mentors-to-be offer our customers; what can they offer Mentor and Men and of course, last but not least what can Mentor and Men & their customers offer to the future Mentors?

Preparing and coaching our Mentors-to-be during the onboarding to become true Mentors is the icing on the cake of this complex journey.
