At Mentor and Men, it’s our mission to help our clients with digital transformation projects, often ERP. We work at business side, not technical, which is unique. 

In my role it is crucial to go to the bottom of the drivers of such investments. I map business requirements, starting from the mission and vision of the organisation. 

Jointly with the client we optimize end-to-end business processes and coordinate an efficient digital translation. 

Process knowledge, lean philosophy, improvement management, stakeholder alignment, APS, MES, AI. All aspects of my daily role as Mentor and consultant. 

Why did I chose to become a Mentor? Because of the exciting client assignments, my steep learning curve, because I feel a genuine appreciation of who I am as a person and as a professional.
