MY ROLE AS MENTOR

As a management assistant, I find it terrific to be involved in different domains of the organisation. The onboarding of new colleagues, the contact with customers and suppliers, the administrative support to the mentors, the management of the bookkeeping, the organisation of off-site meetings…all these topics make the job very exciting and no two days the same. Quite a challenge!

With Mentor and Men I do not only get the full responsibility of my tasks but also the space to develop myself personally. Herewith, I am surrounded by passionate colleagues who want to bring - just like myself - Mentor and Men to the highest level. The combination of responsibility, personal development and close cooperation are very important pillars for me to feel myself like a fish in water within an organization.
