Meatless Farm was founded in 2016 in the UK. The organization shows a fast international growth since the beginning. Today, the company has sites in Singapore, Canada and the United States. The Meatless Farm product range is available in all corners of the world.
Rapid growth
Meatless has grown rapidly, both geographically into areas including Singapore, US, Canada and Europe, and in scale. This rapid expansion meant that working processes were exceeding their capacity and needed to be delivered in a more structured and compliance-centric manner.
Need for integrated business processes and real-time information
To support the growth of the company, Meatless Farm was in search of a new intelligent business application that could help them grow faster and provide them more insights in their day-to day business. How are sales in the different countries? Where are we with our available stock? Do we need to adjust the purchasing policy? An ERP-application had to provide answers.
Preparing for Microsoft D365
Meatless Farm chose the Microsoft Dynamics eco-system to optimize their business processes and their business operations.

95% Standard Implementation
Of great importance to Meatless Farm was keeping time and budget under control. This focus resulted in a unique project: 95% of the D365 Finance & Operations processes were implemented as standard, without any customization. This approach implied that business processes were adapted to standards.
“Mentor and Men were consistently able to help us understand our own working processes and how they fit the standard operating procedures of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations. Most importantly however, Mentor and Men were able to bridge the gap between the implementation partner and Meatless Farm which led to a much more aligned implementation with a more strongly supported user base.
