Welcome Sarah!

Earlier this year, we welcomed Sarah in the Mentor community. Read her story below.

After 10 exciting consultancy years in Microsoft Dynamics at supplier’s side, Sarah was ready for a new challenge.

“I wanted to continue my career in the same ERP world, but now leveraging my extended experience to the business side of client projects instead of the functional side. Aiming for a career at Mentor and Men was easy and logical for me.

I felt a warm welcome in the team and I’m finding the challenge I was looking for. We, Mentors bring expertise to clients and push each other’s limits for personal growth each day. I quickly learned that Mentors don’t stop at the door, we open the door!

Today I work on two different projects and two different clients, an NGO and a food processing company. As senior Business Analyst I am guiding my client in a vendor selection process which requires in depth business process analysis and stakeholder management. Additionaly I am taking the role of Project Manager for an ERP tool investment. Oh yes, next to that, I am coaching colleagues within Mentor and Men in Test Coordination methodology.

My career coach helps me sharpening my individual development plan, he mentors me to make real progress.

My career switch really brings a lot of positive energy!

Even in Covid times, I truly feel included in the team.
